Post Cancer Treatment Care
Cancer survivorship programs provide ongoing support for patients. Following the acute phase of treatment, patients need to learn how to manage their care. Board-certified physicians on our staff will develop plans of care for this post-acute phase. Plans will include such information as how often to see your physician, what tests are recommended, how to begin exercising again and when to attend a survivor group meeting. The Care Coordinator will review these plans with former patients and help them interface with their physicians.
