Co-sponsored with the American Cancer Society –monthly meetings held at NWH
NWH provides the cosmetic bags via the ACS and provide wigs for patients undergoing chemo.
Patient Navigators at the Cancer Center
Women who are cancer survivors visit patients, give support and help
connect patients and their families with resources –i.e. rides for chemo etc.
American Cancer Society “Strides Walk” supported by NWH staff
Breast Cancer Support Group – facilitated by Support Connection; hosted by NWH at Chappaqua Crossing location.
